Rachel Lee Lozina is the founder of Blue Water Spa and a trusted expert in advanced skincare with over 20 years of experience delivering clinical outcomes in a luxurious, personalized setting. Trained at the prestigious Colorado School of Paramedical Aesthetics and licensed since 2003, Rachel honed her expertise working alongside leading plastic surgeons in Manhattan and Long Island, mastering the art of bridging beauty and medical-grade results.
